For what purposes is your personal data processed:

We use your personal data in order to make and confirm reservations at Sol Marina Palace Hotel in Nessebar.

When you make a reservation on www.marinapalacebg.com, you will be required to fill out an online reservation form that includes your name, address, e-mail address, and contact phone number. This information is necessary in order to process the request and finalize the reservation (including sending an email to you to confirm the reservation).

Children

Your data will be erased within the statutory time restrictions, and if there are none, within the time limits specified by us, and after the final settlement of all our financial relations.

Destruction

Accounting and commercial information, as well as all other information and documents related to taxation and mandatory social security contributions, are retained for the following time periods:

  • payroll – 50 years;
  • accounting registers and financial statements – 10 years;
  • documents for tax and social security control – 5 years after the conclusion of the limitation period for repayment of the public debt to which they are related;
  • all other carriers – 5 years, unless the law states otherwise;
  • video surveillance recordings – 14 days.

After the term for storage expires, information carriers (paper or electronic) that are not subject to transfer to the National Archive Fund may be destroyed.

After the storage time has expired, the data must be destroyed as soon as possible by shredding the paper media and deleting and removing the relevant files from the company’s computers and systems.
